Jun 15, 2006 Migraine I've been getting migraines for years. I can usually tell when I'm about to get one and can either stop it from starting or atleast keep it from getting really bad. Today though was another story. Within ten minutes of waking up this after noon I was struck with one of the worst ones I have had in years. My whole body went numb. My fingers, my arms, my mouth and so on. Then came the headache part. Then the nausea, I can almost say that is the worst part. Yes while the headache part isn't much fun in the first place when puking it makes the headache worse. Thankfully I only spewed once this time and it helped a great deal. Yes I know you so don't want to hear about me spewing but I just couldn't help myself. So now here I am at work with the after migraine headache. For those migraine sufferers out there you know the headache after can be almost as bad as the migraine itself. The light still hurts a lil but work must go on. Especially when you are one of the only people trained to do your job. I guess I can look on the bright side though.
