| Has anyone noticed that the more technology progresses the lazier people get? Just this morning at work I answer the phone. Good Morning Thank You for calling the .... Courtyard by Marriott How May I direct your call? The guy on the other end say's "I'm going to be in town next Tuesday and Wednesday what is the weather forcast then?" I'm thinking to myself I don't know todays weather forcast let alone next Tuesday and Wednesdays forcast but in the name of guest service I tell him I can look if he doesn't mind holding for a minute. He agrees to hold and I go to the weather.com and check the forcast. I take him off hold and tell him that we will be in the upper 40's to low 50's all next week. How hard would that have been for him to do what I just did. The only thing I can think of is that this guy was computer stupid. Good greif learn how to use the internet people. |
