| Had a guest call down. He requested an 8:15 wake up. Verified the time and the room number. Then he asked a question that you just want to tell them "Here's Your Sign." He asked if the wake up call was going wake him up at 8:15. Okay isn't that the time you asked for? Duh, yeah that is the time it will wake you up. That how it works. You ask for a time and we wake you up at that time. Then to make it worse he asked if it would be local time. Um no we us the time zone used in France at this hotel not the local time. You just want to reach through the phone and smack them |
